An order typically takes one business day to process. Shipping speed is based on the shipping method you chose, either 1-2 days for USPS Express Service or 2-3 Days for USPS Priority Service.

Order can be changed or canceled prior to the kit being created. If you have made a mistake in the order, you can re-order individual pieces of the Tint Kit through our Lifetime Replacement Warranty.

If the error was committed by SnapTint on the order, we apologize for the mistake and will accept the return of product or a replacement.

Due to the fact that your SnapTint Tint Kit has been customized to your specifications and cut precisely to fit the make and model of your car based on your preference of tint type and shade, SnapTint cannot accept product returns or exchanges if it was not a SnapTint error; however, if a mistake has been made in ordering or during installation, you can replace individual pieces of the Car Tint Kit through our Lifetime Replacement Policy where each replacement piece is only $9.99. The Lifetime Replacement Policy allows you to change the tint shades under the same tint type.

Under special circumstances SnapTint would accept returns with a 25% restocking fee less any shipping expenses incurred within 45 days of the purchase date.

Since we only use the best window film at SnapTint, you are protected with a SnapTint Lifetime Replacement Warranty on any car tint kit you purchase. This policy not only protects you from any discoloration, bubbling, cracking, or peeling during the life of the film. This innovative policy also protects you against any accidents or damage to th film that may happen during the installation process.

The Lifetime Replacement Warranty allows you to request a replacement for any individual piece of window film for $9.95 each. The replacement film for car tint must match the original year, make, model, and type of window film, but you can request a different darkness if you desire.
