Made-to-order kits

Every SnapTint kit is cut for your vehicle, film and shades, so we can't accept returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake. If we did, we'll replace the kit or refund you.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order until we start cutting it, usually within one business day. Contact us as soon as possible.

Replacement pieces

Made a mistake while ordering or installing? Order any single piece of your car kit as a replacement window for $9.99, in the same film (a different shade is fine).

Lifetime replacement warranty

If a car kit's film discolors, bubbles, cracks or peels, we'll replace the affected pieces. Replacements must match your vehicle and film type.

Other returns

In special circumstances we may accept a return within 45 days, less a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs.
