Shipping Damage

Kits ship rolled in a protective tube. If the package arrives with any outside damage, the film inside may be damaged too.

1. If you can, refuse the delivery and have the carrier return it to us. We'll ship a replacement.
2. Otherwise open it and check the film; sometimes only unused areas are affected.
3. If the film is damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the package and film. We'll handle the carrier claim and send a replacement.
