1. Who we are
This website, snaptint.com, is operated by SnapTint.com LLC, 22568 Mission Blvd, Suite 248, Hayward, CA 94541, USA ("SnapTint", "we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.
2. Made-to-order products
Car tint kits are computer-cut for the vehicle, year, kit, film and shades you choose, and home window film is cut to the sizes you enter. Please check your selections and measurements before ordering. Because every order is cut for you, returns and exchanges are limited as described in our Refund policy. You can change or cancel an order until we start cutting it, usually within one business day.
3. Your vehicle and measurements
Kits are cut from pattern data for the vehicle you select. If your model year, trim or glass is not listed, or you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the pattern. For home film, enter the visible glass size in inches; each window is rounded up to the next whole square foot.
4. Window tint laws
Tint laws differ by state and country, and many limit how dark front side windows may be. The state limits shown on our kit pages are a guide provided by our partner TintCenter.com; they are not legal advice. You are responsible for choosing film that is legal where you drive. We are not responsible for citations or inspection failures.
5. Prices, payment and errors
Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise, and shipping and any tax are shown at checkout. We try to describe products and prices accurately. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm the correct price before cutting. Colors and shades on screen, including our tint preview, are approximate.
6. Shipping
Kits and film are cut to order and usually ship within one business day. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy for rates and what to do if an order arrives damaged.
7. Warranty and replacements
Our lifetime replacement warranty for car kits and our $9.99 single-window replacements are described in the Refund policy. The warranty covers the film itself; it does not cover damage from installation, cleaning with abrasives or ammonia, accidents, or normal wear of the glass.
8. Installation
Our products are designed for do-it-yourself installation. Follow the included instructions and our installation videos. Precut kits need no trimming on the glass; if you do trim, take care near rubber seals and defroster lines. Do not install film on the front windshield beyond what your local law allows. You install the products at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Site content
The text, photos, tint preview and vehicle data on this site belong to SnapTint or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Content credited to TintCenter.com belongs to TintCenter.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
